Marketing and Admin Assistant

With a thoughtful blend of technology, organization, and creativity, Pola supports the day-to-day flow and growth of the Thermography Clinic as its Marketing and Administrative Assistant. She works behind the scenes to ensure that systems, messaging, and digital platforms feel clear, supportive, and easy for clients to navigate.

She holds a B.S. in Electronics and Communications Engineering, a background that shaped her problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and systems-based thinking. Today, she applies this foundation to website maintenance, marketing campaign creation—helping the clinic connect meaningfully with women seeking proactive, informed care.

Prior to joining the clinic, she gained experience as a Project Marketing Coordinator and Network Management Associate, managing complex projects, coordinating with multiple teams, and maintaining organized, reliable systems. 

At the clinic, she combines technical expertise with creativity and organization to support administrative operations and marketing initiatives—helping create clarity, trust, and a smooth client journey.
