Our Clinical Approach to Thermography

Thermography is a highly specialized physiological imaging modality, and its clinical value depends entirely on the methodology and interpretation standards applied.

At Thermography Clinic Inc., we follow established thermographic frameworks developed over decades, including:

  • Standardized imaging protocols

  • Thermal stress testing (cold challenge) where appropriate

  • Structured analysis using recognized grading systems (such as TH grading)

  • Consistent, experience-based interpretation

These components are not optional — they are essential for producing reliable, clinically meaningful assessments.

In recent years, simplified or low-cost approaches to thermography have emerged, often omitting key elements of established protocols or reframing thermography as a general “wellness” tool. While these approaches may appear more accessible, they can significantly reduce the consistency, depth, and clinical usefulness of the results.

Thermography, when performed properly, is a physiological assessment tool that requires experience, rigor, and adherence to validated standards.

Our focus remains on quality, consistency, and integrity of interpretation — because in thermography, how the study is performed and interpreted matters just as much as the technology itself.
